Carrot Walnut Cake Ingredients
- 200 gr flour
- 2 eggs
- 170 gr sugar
- 200 gr oil
- 1 tbsp baking vanilla powder (10gr)
- 10 gr baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon (10gr)
- 3 greated carrots
- 100 gr chopped walnuts

Directions
1 Firstly , whisk eggs and sugar 3-4 minutes together until light and fluffy.
2 After that , add oil and greated carrots , whisk 2 minutes. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla extract , keep whisking. Later , add cinnamon and chopped walnuts and stir with spatula.
3 After that , grease the pan well, and pour into prepared pan. Preheat the oven to 170° C or 350°F.
4 In the last , bake for 45 minute. Don’t open the oven first 30 minute.
