Easy Buns Recipe Ingredients
- 350 gr flour
- 125 gr butter
- 1 egg
- 100 gr yogurt
- 100 mil oil
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar(apple or grape vinegar)
- 2 tablespoon starch (wheat or corn)
- 10 gr baking powder
- cheese (for filling)
- sesame (for top)
Tips
- Certainly ingredients have to be room temperature.
- Seperate the egg yolk to another bowl and whip to apply top side of buns.
- Don’t pour all flour at the the same time, while kneading add the flour little by little to control dough consistency.
- Dough has to be of the consistency of an earlobe, it has to be soft not hard.

Directions
1 Firstly , start to stir all ingredients together except flour.

2 After that, add the flour little by little and start to knead.


3 When be sure consistency of dough , take a piece from dough (like walnutz sized piece or bigger) and take this to counter and press with your hand , it has to be flat shape like little tortilla.
Put the cheese (any kind you like) in the middle of the flat dough. At this time give it pastry shape, fold it and pinch the edges with your fingers gently.

4Place them on the baking tray evenly spaced so that the pastries do not stick together.
After that , apply egg yolks on the buns using a brush ( We had kept the egg yolk for this part). Sprinkle sesame or nigella seeds on top if you like.

5 Later , preheat the oven to 180° C or 360°F.
In the last put it in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. First thing to remember cooking time may vary depending on the oven.
