Semolina Cake Ingredients

For Cake
  • 3 eggs
  • 170 gr sugar
  • 200 gr yogurt
  • 100 gr flour
  • 250 gr semolina
  • 200 ml oil
  • zest of a lemon
  • 10 gr baking powder
  • 10 gr baking vanilla powder
  • chopped walnuts (for top)
  • coconut flakes (for top)
For Syrup
  • 700 gr sugar
  • 1000 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Syrup

1 Firstly , put sugar and sugar together in saucepan and stir. Cook it until boil.
