Orange Grape Cake Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 170 gr sugar
- 200 ml oil
- 300 gr flour
- 10 gr baking powder
- 1 tbsp baking vanilla powder (10gr)
- 1 cup fresh orange juice (200ml)
- 1 grated orange peel
- 100 gr dried grape
Tips
- Certainly ingredients have to be room temperature.
- Grate the one of oranges before squeeze the oranges.
- If dried grapes so dry, steep the them in warm water for 30 min.
- The cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the top comes out clean.

Directions
1Firstly, whisk eggs and sugar 3-4 minutes together until light and fluffy.Add oil, fresh orange juice and grated orange peel and whisk 2 minutes.


2 When you are whisking add flour little by little and add baking powder and vanilla extract, keep whisking. After that, add dried grapes and stir with spatula.



3 After that , grease the pan well, and pour your mixture into prepared pan.Preheat the oven to 170° C or 350°F.
4 Later , bake for 45 minute. Must be remembered that don’t open the oven first 30 minute.
In the last , start checking at 45 minutes to prevent overbaking. First thing to remember cooking time may vary depending on the oven.
